Configuration Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for accurately maintaining provider data within the various Provider subsystems and related software utilized by Community First. Generate all provider data reports and membership directories as requested by various departments and regulatory agencies. Work collaboratively with Network Management and Provider Relations Department to ensure accurate Provider set up. Consults with the Data Management Coordinator, Configuration Manager and Network Management staff regarding plans to achieve the designated objectives of network development and managed care contracts.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
An associate degree in computer science, health care or related fields is preferred. Minimum of one year health care experience may be substituted for college education.
